Polina graduated from Bard College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Before joining the Cognitive Origins Lab, she conducted research in the Fedorenko Lab at MIT, the Freiwald Lab at Rockefeller University, and the Bard Attention and Performance Lab. As lab manager, she coordinates research across both the child and non-human primate branches of the lab and is excited to develop projects exploring the evolutionary origins of complex thought and language.
